Her expertise extends to NDIS and various support services, reflecting her commitment to assisting individuals with diverse perspectives and confronting complex mental health challenges. With six years of experience as a Level 2 support coordinator and recovery coach, Jodie persists in expanding her expertise within the mental health realm.

Bec brings a rich blend of lived experience, formal education, and genuine compassion to her role as an NDIS Support Coordinator.

With lived experience navigating the system over many years, she understands how overwhelming and disheartening it can feel at times—and how powerful the right support can be.


Her goal is to walk alongside the people she supports, helping them feel heard, respected, and confident as they take steps toward their goals. Bec is especially driven to advocate for those who may be struggling to understand the NDIS or who have felt lost in the system.


She holds a Certificate IV in Mental Health and has completed a range of additional training in trauma-informed care, stress management, and wellness coaching. She’s also studied with Raising Expectations, a program from the Centre for Excellence in Child and Family Welfare focused on improving outcomes for people with care experience.


Currently undertaking Auslan training, Bec is committed to improving her communication skills to better connect with participants of all backgrounds and abilities.
