  Since 2016, Jodie has been deeply involved in mental health, providing phone counselling and guiding anxiety groups. Her expertise extends to NDIS and various support services, reflecting her commitment to assisting individuals with diverse perspectives and confronting complex mental health challenges. With six years of experience as a Level 2 support coordinator and recovery coach, Jodie persists in expanding her expertise within the mental health realm.

Kayla is an accredited Social Worker and registered member of the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW), with extensive experience working within the NDIS since 2019. She specialises in complex support needs, providing Level 2 and Level 3 Specialist Support Coordination.


Kayla is passionate about working alongside people in a way that prioritises human rights, dignity of risk, and genuine choice. She strongly believes people are the experts in their own lives and is committed to following the client’s lead rather than imposing assumptions about what is “best” for them. Her approach focuses on advocacy, reducing barriers within systems, and ensuring participants feel heard, respected, and supported in making their own decisions.


Outside of work, Kayla enjoys travel, playing board games, and spending time with her two children – ideally in nature!

She works alongside participants to understand their plans, connect with the right supports, and build confidence navigating services. Suzy takes a person-centred, trauma-informed approach, with a focus on safety, choice, and empowering participants to achieve their goals.


Based in Melbourne’s outer east, Suzy brings strong local connections across the region, particularly within Maroondah and Knox. Her experience across the disability, family violence, and community sectors means she understands how to navigate complex systems and advocate effectively. Known for her warm, respectful approach, Suzy is committed to helping participants build meaningful supports and stay connected to their community.
